Terms and Conditions
for on-line orders

All on-line orders placed through this site will be acknowledged by e-mail provided you give us your e-mail address on the order form.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express. All credit or debit card numbers are received encrypted on our secure server site and can only be decoded by Natural Remedy Warehouse.

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving your order, but we may require longer if a product is out of stock. We will notify you by e-mail if we anticipate any major delays. Delivery will be by First Class post - or by Next Day carrier service for larger orders.

It is our policy to guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, please let us know within 7 days and we will issue you with a reply-paid label for its return. Your statutory rights are not affected. If an order sent by post arrives damaged please retain the packaging and notify the Post Office as well as letting us know. Orders sent by carrier require a signature and you should always insert the words ‘Not examined’ when signing even when no damage is apparent. Anything clearly damaged can be refused. If an order sent by carrier is found to be damaged please let us know by phone or email as soon as you can.

Please obtain a Certificate of Posting (free) from the post office when returning goods as we cannot otherwise be responsible for anything which fails to reach us. The original invoice or details of the invoice number and date must be enclosed so that we are able to trace your original order.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all on-line sales of goods by Natural Remedy Warehouse and the placing of an order with us shall be deemed to be acceptance of them by the Buyer.
